  • Can I live in my house while I get my hard wood floors refinished?

    Yes, you are welcome to remain in your home during the refinishing process. While there will be periods when you cannot walk on the hardwood floors, you can still occupy other areas of your house.
  • Can the color of my floor be changed?

    Yes, we offer a diverse selection of colors for you to choose from when refinishing your hardwood floors.
  • Do you move furniture?

    We do not provide furniture moving services. We advise hiring a professional moving company to relocate your furniture before the refinishing process begins.
  • How long do I have to wait to walk on my new hard wood floors?

    After two nights, you can begin walking on your newly refinished hardwood floors.
  • What is hard wood refinishing?

    Hardwood refinishing involves sanding off the existing finish and applying a new one. Our process includes one coat of stain/sealer and two coats of polyurethane finish.
  • Do you use is the different between oil and water base?

    We utilize an oil-based stain sealer and a water-based polyurethane finish in our refinishing process.
  • Can hard wood floors be refinished more than once?

    Yes, hardwood floors can undergo multiple refinishing processes over their lifetime.
  • Can refinishing remove deep scratches and dents?

    Refinishing effectively eliminates surface scratches. However, for deep dents, board replacement may be necessary.
  • If your floor is damaged do I have to replace the whole floor?

    No, a complete floor replacement is not necessary. Only the damaged wood planks or boards need to be replaced.
